The Philippine Association for the Gifted, Inc. (PAG) is a SEC-registered non-profit organization (SEC Registration No. AN94-00004465, TIN 004-519-175-000) dedicated to advocacy, support, and community-building for gifted children, gifted adults, their families, and the professionals who work with them.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website (pagph.org), apply for membership, register for events, or otherwise interact with PAG. - For Family memberships: names and relevant information about your gifted child/children, such as age, grade level, and school
- For Institutional memberships: organization name, contact person, and affiliation details
- Supporting documents submitted for membership verification (e.g., psychoeducational assessment results, professional credentials, or proof of affiliation)
- Payment information processed through our payment partners (PayMongo, GCash)
- Messages you send us through contact forms, email, or event registration forms
b. Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, and device information
- Pages visited and time spent on our site, through standard analytics and cookies
- Comments left on the site, including your name, email, and IP address (for spam prevention)
c. Information about minors
Because our mission involves supporting gifted children, we may process limited personal information about minors (such as a member's child) when submitted by a parent or legal guardian as part of a Family Membership application or event registration. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from minors without parental or guardian consent.

We use the information we collect to:
- Process and manage membership applications, renewals, and payments
- Verify eligibility for membership categories
- Communicate with you about membership status, events, conferences, and PAG programs (such as the PAG National Conference)
- Send newsletters, announcements, and advocacy updates, where you have opted in
- Maintain accurate membership records and respond to inquiries
- Improve our website and services
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and reporting obligations as a registered non-profit
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data based on: your consent (e.g., when you apply for membership or subscribe to updates); the necessity of processing to fulfill our membership contract with you; and our legitimate interests in operating PAG as an organization, subject to your fundamental rights under the Data Privacy Act.

- Government agencies, where required by law or a valid legal order

We implement reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant third-party providers (PayMongo/GCash), and PAG does not store your full payment card details.

PAG is committed to the safe handling of information relating to minors. Any information about a gifted child submitted for Family Membership, events, or programs is provided by, and remains the responsibility of, the parent or legal guardian, who may update or request removal of that information at any time.
